DO NOT let your insurance recommend them to you. Politely ask for another plumber and save yourself a lot of time and head ache. The plumber had no customer service skills what so ever. Not a big deal, hes here to fix plumbing not conversation. I get it. We were told they needed further approval from insurance and their front office would contact us. Thankfully he got the water to stop running in the shower so we were able to use water to the rest of the house. Great! HEARD NOTHING FOR AN ENTIRE 24 HOURS. Meanwhile. Water starts coming through the kitchen ceiling! Contact the front office. I have NEVER been talked to SO poorly. So poorly in fact I cannot even bring myself to type out the language and names she used when I asked why our situation has not been resolved. Needless to say we called our insurance to find a new plumber. Meanwhile we still have no water and get to start this process all over! Thanks for absolutely nothing but a wet ceiling!
We have been fortunate to only have 2 plumbing issues in our house, thus far. Both times, Reilly Plumbing came out to fix the issues. The first one, another company came out and instead of fixing the issue, recommended that I did a procedure that would have cost upwards of $6K and my home warranty would not cover it. That is what led me to Reilly, after getting a referral from my home warranty service. They came out, worked with our home warranty service for payment, fixed the drain clog, did not try to sell me a costly and unnecessary service and we have not had a problem since. The second time, I called them was because our garbage disposal quit working after a long life of nearly 20 years. They came out and installed the new one, checked the surrounding fixtures and pipes for leaks and also cleaned up. In my experience Reilly is: Professional, Economical, Honest, Knowledgeable, Swift, and Clean. If we have a plumbing need in the future, we will call them again
great family business! very responsive to residential service calls and reasonable!
On June 18th 2 plumbers arrived from Reilly Plumbing timely and set about their work immediately. Both men were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They didn't mind if i watched or asked questions. Once i was happy about what they were doing i went about my own business. About 2 hours or so later i was told every thing was done. I checked and was happy to see all the work was completed and working fine. no more leaky faucets and a new hot water heated installed. I would recommend this company to anyone. they were timely, courteous and work as well done. I'm satisfied.
I would give them zero stars if I could. It pains me that I even need to give them one. DO NOT do business with this company, if you value your life. A little bit of backstory. I recently moved into a home, with natural gas. We had a meter in the back with a pipe that ran along the back and connected into our gas stove, and a hookup in the secondary room for a gas heater, if needed. That second room was the spare bedroom and became my sons when we moved in. Shortly after we moved in, we started smelling gas, faintly. Unsure what to do, as I’m a first time homeowner, we called our insurance who advised us to call Reilly plumbing to have them come test for emissions. We did just that. They came out, tested, declared there were no issues, charged us $100.00 and went on their way. That night, the gas smell persisted. Panicked, I called our local energy company to come out. They tested, the same way Reilly would’ve, and determined there was a gas leak. Leaking both outside on the meter and also, in my child’s room. They turned off our gas, and handled it. The next business day, I called Reilly’s and spoke with the owner. I was very nice about this, but explained his plumbers error could’ve been fatal to my family, especially my child. If I would’ve gone on good faith believing what his employee said, and not following my gut instinct, that leak could’ve gotten worse. Gas leaks kill people. I told him I felt the least he could do was perhaps reimburse our money, but, if he couldn’t do that to at least follow up on the situation with both the employee and me, and give me an explanation. He assured he he’d do this and return my call. 48 hours go by. I spend the next two days, trying to call him. But conveniently, he’s never there. 24 more hours pass. I send him an email. 48 more hours later, an entire business week by this point and I haven’t heard a single PEEP out of this man. Not even an I’m sorry. His employees error could’ve been potentially fatal to my family and he can’t even man up enough up resolve this problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
