It all started with an appointment time (1-1:30), then pushed back an hour. Then no call no show and finally after 15 phone calls and no answer the technican calls at 4:45 and ask if I needed it done today or if I could wait til the following day. Absolutely not! I already done took the afternoon off to be home for the technician. Around 5:15 he shows up and didn't have everything he needed, needless to say it was 7 pm when he finished a 45 minute job. And then! The price Tom Hiatt the owner quoted over the phone to me he didn't stick to his word, long story short he wanted to over charge me $50-$100 of the quoted price and was very very rude when I refused to pay his "new" price. Don't make an appointment and expect them to be there unless you have 2 days to wait around and make sure you get a WRITTEN estimate as Tom doesn't stick to his word and is very defensive, dishonest and rude!!

Worst experience of my family's lives. Very rude to us. Were several hours late and ended up not showing up at all? No call until after we called as well. It was a heating problem with a very cold winter too...
