Installed our water heater on 7-12-2019 and tried to do a load of laundry on 7-13-2019 only to have was all throughout my house. Called them and they are supposed to call me back. This is bull and they have $240 of our money for a water heater that is now leaking and it is brand new.
Dependable
They have always treated me right, came out fixed whatever we had wrong with our heater and air-conditioning at a reasonable price.
They came out sat around 2pm left at 330 with 400 of my dollars for parts and never returned claimed they had to order parts and that they would be in today thing is they would have never told me had i not called them they are bad business if my parts arent here today with a reciept i will be filing charges on this company
