I called to get a water heater replaced. They sent Brad out the following morning. He called in advance to ensure I would be there. He arrived a little early was ready to go. Brad did a great job. He took out he old water heater and even cleaned the area up prior to installing the new water heater. He was quick and efficient. The installation was well done and he secured the earthquake straps nicely. Once he was done, he cleaned the area that he worked in. It looked better then when he arrived. I would recommend them for future work. The price was competitive.

Great company. Replaced an 18 year old water heater (previously installed by Water Heaters Only). Service tech was prompt and got the job done in reasonable time. He took care to protect the carpet and walkways. Only 1 issue; tech forgot to connect a drain pipe, but when I called about it, the company immediately responded and fixed the issue. New heater is great.

Top Notch Outfit. Brad called before he arrived and was on time. He performed his work in a professional and friendly manner. He explained his work and did an outstanding job! I really appreciated his explanation and his solid customer service approach. I felt comfortable and I learned something along the way. My water heaters were installed clean and looked professionally suited for duty, started well and the work area was clean. Thank you Brad. By the way, Greg took my service request the evening before and also did a great job in explaining what I was to expect and the estimate was reasonable. I appreciated his patience. Mike was an expert and he did all the work professionally and in a timely manner. He told us when he would arrive to the tee. I appreciate how well organized and knowledgeable he is. Great job in replacing a 12 year old heater.

Would definitely use Water Heaters Only again. Our installer Mike did a great job and showed up about two hours after I called. His installation was much better than the original one that he replaced.
