This review is for the technician that came to my home.....During the busy season, getting an appointment is rather challenging and having system problems can be amazingly frustrating...... The system issues are being acknowledged and in the process of being corrected. Now, the great review..... After many attempts to determine the ongoing issues with my A/C, today, I really feel like the solution is here. Robert arrived promptly, was dressed professionally and is well spoken and knowledgeable in his trade. Having had techs out a few times, I really feel like this man went above and beyond to find the source of the issue with our A/C..... He utilized methods and opened parts of the system to check for issues like I had not seen before..... I asked him, "what made you look in their?" His response....." If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right and I'm going to look everywhere for issues." Excellent customer service. Excellent communication and a solution on its way!! My husband and I were very fortunate to have “Gregg” as our technician!. He was so efficient and thorough. But what really stuck out was the friendly atmosphere he brought With him. He was very kind and explanatory which we were very appreciative of. Explaining his findings in simple terms that allowed for easy understanding of our air conditioning issue.
