Great family company. I called and they came out the same day., within a few hours in fact. The service technician was friendly, explained what needed to be done and gave me the price for all the work to be performed before starting the repairs. All the work was done expertly and quickly. Will definitely call them again for plumbing needs in the future.

Jeff, the Service Technician did a great job in explaining what needed to be done. He was very professional and new exactly what do do. He quoted a price and length of time needed to do the job which was reasonable. We were very satisfied with his work, and we would be more than pleased to request Jeff if ever needed again. I would never use this company in my home. All of their technicians are covered in tattoos and can’t seem to shave.Their trucks have a babies on them which is very creepy. Your customers have to be adults so I don’t know why you would be attracting babies to your truck. Babies do not even use toilets ha ha. Why would you want to come to my home and look at my babies. Creepy hairy guys with tattoos in my house that are attracted by babies is not someone who I want working with my water. Their website is very poor as well it’s very hard to make an appointment even if you wanted to with these creeps.

Hiniker Plumbing is great. They respond quickly, arrive on time, give a detailed explanation of the problem as well as several solutions. Their work is professional at a reasonable price. Their workers are courteous and friendly. Gary is fantastic! This is the second time we have used their services for leaky pipes and recommend them highly .
