Pro Plumbing

We have had the opportunity to use Pro Plumbing for many of our different plumbing needs throughout the years. They have replaced our water heater, toilets and kitchen sink and also handled a nasty leak that was difficult to access. Every time we've needed them in a hurry, they've accommodated us and got the job done in a professional manner.

We LOVE Pro Plumbing !!! Unlike a certain "other" plumbing company, Pro Plumbing is affordable and HONEST. Owner Tony has a great crew of down-to-earth but professional and skilled plumbing techs. Corey and Curtis are favorites !! We will never call any other plumbing company !

I am disappointed with Pro Plumbing. We called them to look at our water heater due to having no hot water. They determined shortly after arriving we would need a thermo-coupler replaced. They said would have to order it from Whirlpool and it would likely take 10 days to arrive. Given that our hot water heater was already over 14 years old, we decided we should replace it. Pro Plumbing said they would not recommend any water heaters from Lowe's or Home Depot. They said the only water heater they would recommend was a Bradford and White and the water heaters are only available to professional plumbers at a supply shop to the tune of $1800 including installing (plus a 3% fee for using my credit card). Feeling pressured and not wanting to live for 10 days without hot water, I them to go ahead and pick us up one. I immediately went online to see the reviews and they were not favorable so I called them right back to cancel. Not nmore than 10 minutes had passed. I could not get ahold of them. I called their office and left messages to cancel the hot water heater. When they finally called me back, they said they would not pick up the heater, I said that I was getting one from Home Depot. They said they would be happy to install if I needed it and would send me an invoice for the service call if I chose not to use them. I received an invoice in the mail today for $180 dollars for a One Hour Service call (which I feel I owe) and a Pick Up fee of one hour (which I feel I DO NOT OWE). I will pay this but will not recommend this business, nor its business practices.
