Not a professional organization. These guys will come to your house and do zero troubleshooting, they'll just throw parts at whatever needs to be fixed until it starts working. Not only that but every time whatever part they guessed was broken doesn't fix the problem it's gonna be about 2 days until they come back with another part to throw at it. And you can forget about them doing anything on a weekend! Theyll just come look at it, verify it doesnt work and then give you some kind of excuse about how they cant do anything until their office is open, well then why even send a "tech" in the first place!? I'd find a handyman on Craigslist with a multimeter before I'd ever called these clowns again.
