Red Bear Mechanical

We were new owners in Incline Village during a cold snap (20's) when the furnace failed. It as a Friday and 5PM. We called Red Bear, and Mike appeared within an hour, fixed the problem and restored our heat. We have since called hime back to purchase and install a new furnace. He is always on time, polite and Effective. Totally recommend him and would use again!

Naturally, a water heater won't go bust unless it's at night, a weekend, or-- better yet-- a three-day holiday weekend. And just to make it interesting, it'll be covered by a home warranty company, who needs their procedure followed to the letter or they won't pay for it. While other plumbers balked at dealing with the home warranty company-- and I can't say as I really blame them-- Red Bear stepped up to the plate and knocked the cover right off the ball, both of which sailed over the fence and out of the park, never to be seen again. They called the warranty company without hesitation, got authorization, and installed the water heater-- during the holiday, mind you-- and got hot water running again. Just awesome.
