Have had both water heater and radon mitigation system installed by Ben Franklin. The service has been great. Highly recommend this company. I can say first hand that if any mistakes are made they make it right on their own dime, with no excuses. On several occasions, they have stayed late to finish a job rather than leaving the job half-finished overnight.

We couldn’t recommend them enough! We had excellent customer service from ALL of the technicians/employees that worked on our bathroom. They did a great job communicating with us and ensuring we were satisfied every step of the way. Bill went above and beyond to make sure that our bathroom was put back together in a timely manner and we will continue recommending them to others.

Steve & Ollie (I hope I'm spelling right) a very nice Irishman yes they were running behind but they called us right away when they got to my house went right to work removing our 17 yr old water heater and replaced it with a wonderful new 50 gal high efficiency one. The fixed a pipe that has 3 pressure valves in it for some reason then ran a copper line to our refrigerator which was great. We will be using them in the near future for our basement bathroom & fixing the old cast iron drain under our kitchen sink so we don't have anymore issues in this old house we bought. We got great rates on financing too
