Terrible interactions with these ppl...i am getting my sewer line cleared for the third time this summer...because tree roots grow that fast, first time was late may, then july, and now aug! Must b one healthy tree system to regrow so fast after they preformed there services. With poor customer service meeting up with poor labor will make for unhappy customers...if you like being frustrated by a backed up sewer line call these guys...they will do nothing for you...n charge you quite alot for them to show up and not get you fixed.

We needed do get a plugged sink unclogged. We call Roto Rooter on Monday morning to check for prices and availability, the receptionist was cheerful and helpful in scheduling the time and said I would get a call close to that time of service. Got a call around 10:15 am and said he could meet me at my home in 15 minutes if that worked. Randy from Roto Rooter was there at 10:30 and had our problem solved in 20 minutes. Could not be more pleased with this service provided me from start to finish. Great Company, Great People, I would highly recommend their Services. Thank You!
