Aqua Pure Water Solutions

We purchased a house that had the home filtration system. When I called to have them remove the system, I got questioned about what we are going to be using and that he doesn't recommend that and we should keep the system. The guy was super pushy, so I got frustrated and hung up on him. My husband called, spoke to someone else, and got them to set up to come get their equipment. We were told they would be out today, Monday, but they never gave us a time. We don't live at the house right now, and I have a baby and a job, so dropping everything to go over there to let them in without warning isn't going to work. I called and told the guy he can come back tomorrow. He told me he can't that this is on his route. He asked if he could come by to get my house key!! Ummm, no! You are not allowed in my house, with all my things there without me there. That's not an appropriate question to ask of anyone! He began to call me a piece of work before I hung up on him. If he had called and given us a time frame, I would have been able to flex to be over there. Real professional.....
