We have had nothing but trouble with our unit! Called today no response will not use them again!!!!

My first time using Pitt Electric. They set up an appointment within 24 hours and the technician Chris Fleming showed up on time and immediately got to work and provided me with an estimate within a few minutes. Two hours later, he had replaced an older electrical panel (had fuses) with an updated panel, in the detached garage, and installed two dimmers in the house. Cleaned up and removed all packaging materials. Excellent work, great personality, prompt service; all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended and will use them again when need arise. Job well done. New Post 01/03/2019: I have used Pitt Electric for all electrical work needs in the past year after moving into the house we bought. So when the 25+ year old HVAC unit died, I requested quotes from 5 HVAC contractors: 3 showed up to measure and study our needs, and only 2 submitted price quotes – Pitt Electric was one of them. Each contractor quoted a different brand. I decided to go with Pitt Electric because they spent time checking the ducts, measuring, and other things in order to come up with the right recommendations. Also the equipment they recommended was more efficient according to the SEER rating (16 SEER), two stage gas valve (instead of one), etc… And while trying to decide, the sales person and the office staff answered every question I had and provided the information I requested in a very timely manner. The installation went very well too and was completed within 4 hours. We have been enjoying our new and quieter HVAC unit since November, and noticed cleaner air filter. I highly recommend Pitt Electric for any electrical or HVAC needs you may have. Thank you Pitt Electric for a job well done, and look forward to continue working with you.

I had several small electrical problems that needed repair, including hanging of a dining room light. The clerical staff is pleasant and work was scheduled within two days of the call. The electrician was very courteous, efficient and conscientious. For a large electrical firm, the service was personable, and the price was quite reasonable. .Eric Brestel
