Eric and Jeanette are extremely rude. Eric made me feel stupid when I was inquiring about what was the issue at my job with the plumbing, he had no patience, and acted as if dealing with us was a issue. That's fine because we will never call these people again.
I just had the same experience as Allyn - I needed residential, and was told they only do commercial. Apparently, they still have not updated their website.
I have no idea what their service or pricing is like, so the review is not based on that. Per their website, they're a full service plumbing company that offers commercial and residential services. However, when I called this morning, the person answering the phone stated they only offer commercial. Apparently they must be busy if they don't maintain their website (i.e. their point-of-contact with potential customers).
