I have found Eastern Plumbing to be friendly, courteous, & efficient from the office staff to the technicians. Very professional company! I have used them on several occasions & have always been pleased with their service.

These people are an absolute joke. The tech they had sent knew absolutely nothing about what he was doing along with the office people. I would never recommend eastern plumbing to ANYONE. If I could give them less than one star I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!! P.S. I’ve been a plumber for years, just didn’t want to do the work since I’m retired and wanted to give some business to a local company. Please don’t use these guys, I beg all of you

What a great company! First of all they didn't charge me a fee just to come out (other companies will) and I got an appointment quickly. I had a list of items that needed to be repaired due to selling my property and Jeff resolved them all. The bill was extremely reasonable and Jeff was very knowledgeable about a lot of things and I felt he went above and beyond. These people are honest and not trying to price gouge you. They also sponsor a baseball team every year because my son played on it years ago. This is a company you can TRUST!

This company is one of the most professional services I have ever worked with. I had an emergency leak in my yard; they came out quickly and handled the issue efficiently. The gentleman who did the work explained everything, gave me an estimate, did the work, and the bill was as promised. When I paid, my charge went through twice accidentally and the office so gracious and solved the problem. I've used this company before (water heater replacement, emergency kitchen plumbing repair on Christmas Eve, more), and they are my go to. I should have reviewed them before now. Can't recommend them enough.
