PLEASE READ THIS!! I had Day and Night come to fix our heater in January. Everything was great, they got 5 stars and I wrote a review on how they went above and beyond for us. So now, in the middle of the summer, a part of our AC went out, so they sent Jeffrey(service technician) out to our house. It was a part that was in the range of 2k to fix it. Since a full new unit would cost about 6-7k I'm guessing, we started talking about getting a new unit. Jeffrey explained how they would have someone come out the next day to give us a price on the new unit. We were about to have him set that up for us......As we were discussing this, my mother mentioned that she purchased our unit in 2010. Instead of just letting us buy a new unit, Jeffrey asked if she still had the paperwork/receipt of when she purchased the unit. My mother went through her records and was able to find it(she would've never looked at that receipt EVER if Jeffrey didn't ask to see it). Jeffrey looked at it, and informed my mother that she had a warranty on the unit for ten years(with one of Day and Nights Competitors), and asked me to call them right then. They setup a service tech to come out the following day. They came out and fixed our AC the following day. This speaks of the integrity that this company holds, they care about the customer, even if it's not necessarily their company that fixes the problem. Big shout out to Jeffrey, we ended up paying the service charge for him coming out there, but in the end, if he wouldn't have informed us that we had a warranty, we would've paid for an entire new unit for the house. So THANK YOU Jeffrey and Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing!! I would give ten stars if I could!!

I recently had cause to use both your plumbing and AC specialists. I would like to highly recommend Cameron from plumbing and also Ricky, who Cameron called in. Cameron came in and stayed until everything was working, until 8:15 that evening. He was pleasant and calm through all of the mess. Also within a two day period I needed AC help and Derek was sent out. He, too, was highly professional and got everything done as was needed at that time. If these three young men are an indication of your company's honesty, knowledge, and work ethic, then I am a customer for life.

I called early one morning after my air conditioner had not been putting out cold air all night. They answered at 7:30am and had someone at my place by 8:30am. Jose was extremely thorough, found the problem pretty quickly , and told me all the options for repair and preventive maintenance. I was extremely grateful for their prompt service and the professional manner with which they did the job. They have a forever client in me from now on.

Day & Night has always done a great job for me. They were honest and really did care about me as a customer before and after the sale. Had them replace a gas furnace and air conditioner 14 years ago. Had a problem a couple years later on a Sunday - they came right out and turned out it was not a problem with the unit, but they had the part needed for the house electrical system and fixed it right away. That system ran flawlessly for 14 years until it needed any repair, at the tail end of last summer. Day & Night came right over and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Today, I had them out for the winter checkup maintenance and to install a surge protector and a fancy new thermostat. Again, terrific service. From the first call, talking with the schedulers to working with their sales or technicians. First rate service at reasonable prices. Jose Gomez did a great job. 7/12 - Erick Rentz was the tech today to perform regular checkup. Very nice to deal with. Always happy with Day & Night service.

This company is amazing. They are honest and know what they are doing. Ron the tech came out and got my AC running again, he was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you
