Unreliable. One of their servicemen came and fixed a leak. As he was leaving he told me to call him should anything come up. Five days later the leak sprung again, so I called him. He said he’ll check his schedule and get back to me. When he didn’t get back to me I called again. Same story, he’d have to check his schedule, yet never called back. This routine went on for a month. His refusal to come back and make the situation right shows they don’t stand by their work.

I called for a quote to install a one piece shower surround. I needed the work done quickly since the house only had one bathroom. His price was ridiculous compared to two other quotes. He drove by the property a few days later and saw a competitors van in the driveway and called city hall to see if I pulled a permit. I knew the person at city hall and she called me to tell me lol. Yes we pulled a permit and yes you tried price gouging. Run an honest business pal.
