We've used them for furnace repair for years and had excellent service from them in the past, but their last visit was horrible. The man they sent out was upset that we had a new furnace installed by someone who wasn't with their company, to the point where he started yelling at us because they supposedly "didn't do it right," but he couldn't tell us what they did that was wrong. Regardless, he did not fix anything. He was at our house for 30 minutes and all he did was put some tape on the door switch, then promptly charged us $140.
