This guy is just plain rude. I ask him if he is available; he says yes and asks what work needs to be done. After I fill him in he changes his story and says he is now not available. I start to ask questions to clarify the issue and rather than hold a conversation this guy hangs up on his potential clients. Maybe figure out another service industry to get into.
