I couldn't be happier! My C02 alarm went off. They came same day. Determined my boiler was no longer safe. Salesman came right over. The next morning brand new boiler was installed. The techs were very professional and quick. I highly recommend this company.

PAY NO ATTENTION TO ANY SOUR GRAPES REVIEWS HERE. READ THIS: I had flooding in my basement in November 2018. ( literally 2 weeks ago) and lost my entire heating system. I work a lot and have very little free time, so I was just going to go with the first estimate I was given ( yeah, I know...). At the last minute, I called DiPietro because I thought the $8400 estimate seemed high. I emailed the estimate I received from KM to DiPietro. I received a phone call immediately. The said the $8400 was outrageous. The called it “ PREDATORY PRICING”. The went to my house ( with my permission) and checked everything out just to make sure there wasn’t anything that would make the estimate so high. NOPE. Regular Basement. I was informed that with all the gas explosions in the Merrimack Valley, bad companies are coming out of the woodwork and overcharging people left and right. Well, they did the work when I was at work , COMPLETED THE WORK A DAY EARLY AND SAVED ME OVER $2000!!!! I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Don’t go anywhere else. Cranky people are more motivated to put up a review. When you’re happy, you forget. Call these guys. They’re putting in my air conditioning this Spring.

Customer service is awful and they don't call back especially when it's a problem they created. Our new "Mass Save" furnace was not installed correctly. We have had all sorts of issues (including carbon monoxide)for last year and a half. The boy who came to fix the latest problem for the second time tried to tell me to get it serviced. I explained it was serviced. He fiddled around, changed nozzles to incorrect ones and balanced the system incorrectly and charged us because our warranty was up. The next day we had the same awful smell. We called again and was told a master technician would be calling back and never did. Today we called a new company and they came out TODAY and fixed the problem. They noted all that was wrong from the inexperienced technician from DiPietro. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
