PHD Plumbing is the best! We are so happy with the jobs they have done at our home and we recommend them to our friends and neighbors. They are very responsive and courteous at all levels of the business. We have had them fix an old boiler, replace and install and new boiler and fix other plumbing needs in our home. Kudos to a job well done!
There would be negative stars if system allowed it . Beware!! Stay Away from this company!! This company did an excavation project to replace a sewer pipe. They destroyed my property!!! They lied about pulling permits in my town of Andover and did not pull plumbing or trench permits. They did not have the work inspected upon completion. They did not fill in land properly and now we have water coming in our basement around sewer pipe they installed, they destroyed our landscaping and rock wall filling it with hazardous waste and broke standard plumbing codes that they have not resolved. they continually have refused to fix any of these problems and we are left with over $10,000 damage after paying them over $10,000 which was exorbitant for the work they did and mess they left. They tried to get me to pay in cash but I refused. Stay away from this company!!!
