Plumbing Masters

I’m very impressed with Plumbing Masters and by the plumber Drake. Excellent service from everyone throughout the process. They were all very professional and they took care of my plumbing issues same day. I’m highly impressed and will use them again.

Drake A with Plumbing Masters did a great job! We were in a bind with a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved ASAP. Plumbing Masters got me scheduled the very next day. They send out a notification of the plumbers ETA, name, photo and info about the plumber. What a great touch! They were there exactly when they said they would be, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg - very reasonable! Plus Drake quick and efficient with his time. Definitely will be using Plumbing Masters again and recommending to friends and family.

Eric was fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable and honest. Dispatchers caring and friendly and quick to send someone out. Unfortunately the Company's price I felt was a too high to have a drain cleared. An increase of price because my cleanout is on roof is understandable but it was three times the cost of what I actually ended up paying with another company.

Mike answered my call and was able to help out that same day. He did a fantastic job and even after a long day of work he still made time to come by fix our toilet issue so that it would be fully functional instead of waiting another day without a bathroom to use. This is the second time he has helped out and I have been nothing but impressed. I would highly recommend them!

I am very, very happy with the installation of my new whole-house water softener by Josh Vanbronckhorst of Plumbing Masters. He showed up on time, was friendly, helpful and highly professional in his presentation and work. Josh went above and beyond in making sure the installation worked perfectly for my house, including running a power line for the unit through the attic so that there would not be any unsightly cords in my garage. I also appreciated that he educated me on how to use the unit, and even took the old unit from the previous homeowner away so that I did not have to deal with disposing of it myself. Plumbing Masters are truly professionals at what they do, and I will only call them when I have plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to friends when anyone asks me for a good plumbing company.
