Quick response, prompt window availability. Did not have to devote 1/2 a day to waiting for technician; given a 30 minute window and technician arrived before that. Very clean. Even to the point of double checking after cleaning all tools up. Jasper rocks!

GCHS was our 2nd call for an estimate on repairing our 20 year old air conditioning unit. As the first, the cost to repair was not worth considering however their quote for a new Lennox system was substantially less than another quote we had received. First time customer, and longtime homeowner. Never needed an electrician until now, but i want to say that I am very pleased with the customer service, reasonable pricing and the work our Service Expert provided. We had a complicated electrical issue with our dryer wiring that required new conduit from the dryer to the electrical box. Todd did a very professional job fixing the problem and running the conduit through our garage. Its not always easy to find a good contractor, so i just wanted everyone to know that we had a positive experience. Thank you.
