Geo - Thermal Install - The company installed a system for our new home 2.5 years ago. The home has 70% glass and thus is a challenge to heat and cool properly. Advanced did a great job and we are very satisfied with our experience. The install price was not the cheapest quote, but they have done great service and support and we would use them again without question.
This company installed a new geothermal system in my house 5 years ago. Our heating bills during the cold months are over $1000. Dirk, the owner, said that this is normal. Then he later said that this is because our insulation is not good enough. This company never registered my unit and installed the drain pan on an angle toward my motor. The drain pan overflowed and burned out the motor. Since the unit was not registered by the installer, it is just past the 5 year warranty and nothing is covered. If it had been registered, it would have been covered for 10 years. Now it is going to cost $2000 to repair the unit. BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD.
