J. Blanton Plumbing

When my hot water stopped coming out of the faucet "damn it, I'll have to replace the water heater" came to mind, but "that's why plumbers are 24 horus" also came to mind. As it turns out--it's not as easy to get folks out as one might think. I called 3 different places. When I called J Blanton I was able to talk to a plumber relatively quickly. He spent 20 minutes asking for different information and having me try different things. We determined the water heater wasn't broken! I have to leave a stellar review because, well, I wasn't charged anything but I was being very very thoroughly helped. And I was able to determine it wasn't some kind of emergency where the water heater will blow up or something :p So I knew I could schedule in the morning and not pay an overnight fee. After that, like a person with good homeowners insurance, I did just try leaving the faucet on. After about 5 minutes I heard the loudest, house-shaking knock I have ever heard, but then everything returned to normal. So, I didn't need anybody to come out, but the service was excellent. Least I could do was leave a review!

J. Blanton was incredibly easy to work with from the start. I had no issues getting my questions answered and scheduling an appointment. When Chris and Lyle arrived the day of the appointment, they were incredibly helpful - clear and concise in the way they explained the issue with our water heater - and provided thoughtful, easy-to-follow answers to our questions. They worked fast and made us feel like a priority, even though it was our first time using their services. We'll definitely be using J. Blanton Plumbing for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

I got a response within hours of emailing them on a Friday night, and had an appointment soon after. Plumbers were incredibly quick and effective with their work, polite, and diligent to keep my home clean. They had all the parts necessary to fix my plumbing issues ready to go so that everything could be fixed same day. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Awesome Service as always! Amazing Staff, Jane is always responsive and attentive to our needs!!! Lou was amazing and quickly diagnosed a weird and unforeseen issue with our plumbing. Friendly, professional service at a good price. Both times I've had J. Blanton plumbers out they have been courteous and very helpful. Will be using this company again! Shout out to Lou who just fixed up our sump pump.
