Very poor experience... while service technician was very nice, he kept negotiating and finding more and more issues and I am confident I was still charged 3x more than a more reputable company. I also don't think he truly solved the issues... Suggest AVOIDING.
The worst experience ever ... while service technician was very nice, he kept negotiating and finding more and more issues and he took my pump stating that it needed to be replaced, charged me for replacing and I chose NOT to go with them. 45 days calling OWNER and office staff for my refund and they don't answer my calls anymore. AVOID! DISHONEST COMPANY!
Very rude and does not do good work . He has a couple of phone numbers at different business addresses that he will answer to . Both are Rooter Express ...one in Hoschton and the other in Braselton . Same guy and I would avoid .
I have three rental homes, and my home. The owner and staff are always nice and helpful. Rooter express has always been very fast and polite. I really was shocked when i read some of these ratings and comments. I must say thanks to this staff.
