They provided the service well, but the billing was handled poorly. They did not credit our account when timely payment was received. Never heard a word from them again until 3 months later when we received a NASTY email challenging our integrity and professionalism. Um...your bill had been paid 3 months ago and since we hadn't heard from you since that initial invoice, we assumed you credited our timely payment. Poor customer relations. Happy to let them go, as there are a dozen other choices for this service. Very unpleasant experience.
