My technician did as was stated, he called in advance, he sent a picture by text and showed up on time. He was able to look at my unit, change the part on two systems in what would amount to 45 minutes total. I have no problem with understanding that I was paying for a "service" and not the cost of parts. I have nothing but praise for the young man who replaced the part on my system. Having said the above, what I do have an issue with is the incredible amount of money it cost to have the replacement done. The part in question costs about five dollars retail. To replace and install it consisted of removing five screws to access the area and remove the part. Total time to replace and repair the same part on two systems was about 45 minutes. I am not one to bad mouth an entire company, however, it would be incredibly beneficial to give some warning in advance as to what a repair can run. When you are under the gun and need a repair done on the spot, I don't think that it is fair to expect any reasonable person to understand that replacing a five dollar part by removing five screws should run in excess of $300.00 each is a bit much.
Service First Pros replaced our AC system about 3 years ago after another company patch fixed making things worse. The responsiveness and sincere knowledge was comforting from the start. Unfortunately we had to have a few parts replaced on a weekend (a hose our dog ate through!) and this team fixed us up and had the house cooled down in a matter of a few hours! The reminders for maintenance are very much appreciated and every single person has been a true pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of us and of our floors (they wear foot covers) just an all around great experience every single time! Brian is always so nice! I love that he provides us with before and after pics and always provides recommended procedures for thought but NEVER is pushy in his approach.... top notch service, fair pricing and great products.
I had a first rate experience with this company from the initial phone call to the completion of the installation. Our heat went out and I called several companies about getting someone out to take a look at our problem. I am huge on customer service and this company excelled at it from start to finish. My first interaction with Sherrie made me feel like I finally found a company that actually cared. Brian was the first to come out and take a look and he took his time to explain what the problem was and what he recommended. Our system was 15+ years old, so he recommended replacement. Josh, the owner, came out and took a look at the system to insure that everything was quoted correctly. Jerry and Dylan did an excellent job installing our new system. Nick and Auston wrapped up the process by thoroughly explaining how to operate our system and get the most economical performance. The entire team is top notch and it is evident that they care about their customers. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family...they've made a customer for life!
This Company takes going the extra mile & doing a great & thorough job seriously! Dylan did a great job inspecting our systems & taking time with me to explain everything. He knows what he’s doing & he does it well! I am so grateful for his expertise & his work ethic. I feel good knowing he’s taking care of things!
Service First Pros is a 1st class organization that also caters to Veterans like me. They are sensitive to the security and safety issues of having strangers coming to your house by sending a picture of the technician that will do your service prior to him/her arriving so you know the person is legit. I was especially impressed and please with my service tech Dylan Wages who came and serviced my unit. He was extremely informative, professional and courteous in servicing my heating system. I explain another issue I was having with air flow to certain rooms, and he took a few extra minutes to take a look and provide with a resolution and fair price to rectify the issue including a veteran discount. Dylan is definitely an asset and I would use Service First again based on the positive experience I had with him as well as the young lady that answered the phone when I made my initial call. Berry
