I found their person on the phone rather rude - not outwardly hostile, but subtle. They were inflexible also. They had come by to check our irrigation back flow system for JEA but could not get in the back yard to check if one even existed. Upon calling, was told that since they had been out once, they would not come out to check the backyard. They would only come out to install.

Just had them install a below-ground backflow preventer at my Avondale residence for my new irrigation meter. The techs were both very friendly and very professional. They arrived on time and did what I thought was a great install. I had called a few other companies and Bob's was easily the best deal. Also Bob's takes care of certification and notifying the JEA of the new meter going into service. This is a huge bonus for me. They pretty much take care of everything. And I highly recommend paying the few extra bucks for an underground unit. Flush to the ground and no worrying about mowing or trimming around the box. I would not hesitate to recommend Bob's to both family and friends.
