Ali was super responsive late on a Saturday afternoon, had the drain cleared in half an hour, including disassembling the drain pipe under the sink and reassembling it, and all for a reasonable price.
He is the 3rd person we called in 10 days now, after testing the pipes he recommend and used something called high pressure water pump and cleaned our drain , that keep clogging up after day or two. neither one of them had the right equipment such as I have later learned called high pressure pump, thankfully we have gotten our money back from first two as I always, always ask for warranty for the work they have perform in writing, person from Drainhelp arrived 40 min after my call and did a great job, it took him only 15 minutes ,he said it was a difficult job as many sediments mixed with oily gross substance was completely blocking our drain that regular sake they call it would not open it., I have not written the review and waited until today as I was not sure if it was done properly, today is the 12th days after he finished the work. we have zero problems as of today.and the fee he charged was reasonable and one was 25% other was 30% less, I called and asked what is the going rate for Pressure pump, just to make sure I was not over charged . he gave us warranty also, Great honest guy, wanted to write this review and to show our appreciation to him and this company I guess, we all have to do something to reward honest people time to time. not greedy you have issues with your plumbing he will not disappoint, give him a try ,Mark and Caroline
The worst. Their website states, "We are the Drain Experts!". I think not. If the job requires more than shoving a high-powered hose down a drain, call an actual plumber. I had an emergency plumbing job due to cast iron pipe deterioration. They sent out a "plumber" to assess the situation. He gave me two options: 1. saw cut tile and concrete in two different spots in each unit of a duplex, dig out dirt contaminated by sewer, tunnel a new pipe, get rid of the dirt, new concrete, etc 2: dig around the outside of the unit, no tearing apart of the inside. I can't remember the reason the "plumber" gave me for recommending option 1 over 2, but I went with what he said because I am too trusting. Long story short, I had a real plumber assess the situation and he said option 2 was the only option. They sued me because I wouldn't pay their price. They spent more in attorney fees than what I offered for settlement in court, which they begrudgingly accepted. The look on the owner's face was priceless. Don't let them bully you when they threaten a mechanic's lien. Call an attorney first.
Thank you Ali and your promptness. You saved our wedding day as we had a main sewer line clog a few hours before our guests were to arrive at our home, celebrating our marriage. Your professionalism, honesty and easy going approach gave us relief despite the chaos amongst us. Thanks again Jeremy & Alina
Buyer Beware! Don't be fooled into hydrcleaning or large ticket repairs! We called this company to come clear what appeared to be a clogged pipe. They had a $77 deal which seemed great. Once out, they indicated we had an issue with our main line and needed to have a hydrocleaning to clear the blockage. This was substantially more money and ultimately unnecessary. During this process, the completed a scope of the main line pipe. They insisted we had a crack in our main line which was what caused the problem. They even showed us on the scope. Of course, we had no idea what we were looking at. They indicated the crack was roughly 30 feet from the house and 5 feet deep. They marked the area on our front lawn area and quoted us $3500 to complete the work to replace the pipe. We decided to get some other bids for the work. We ultimately hired a general contractor to dig it up and a different plumber to replace the pipe for $1100 on a Saturday. After digging up the pipe, we discovered there was no crack and the pipe was completely intact where they had indicated there was a crack. We called the company at this time and was told to call back on Monday by a very rude individual. We called back on Monday and they said they would come back out and show us the crack. They never showed so we called again and got another date for them to come back. This time they called and indicated they were running behind, but ultimately never showed. We submitted a case to BBB and they have yet to respond.
