Quick Plumbing & Drain

Jaime is very nice, knowledgable and professional and he did a great job fixing our clogged toilet. He had to come by twice in two days to get it fixed. He explained in detail the problems and what could be done to fix it as he was doing everything necessary to get the job done as quick as possible. He was really helpful answering questions. While he was here the second time waiting around for an hour for the camera in the pipe to do the job, I got to know him and he is an incredible man who came from a tiny village in the jungle of Mexico, lived in a rock house with a hay roof- had no toilet, plumbing, electricity or even a bed. His family ate beans and corn every single day (sometimes squirrels if they were lucky and good at throwing rocks). Jaime never had a pair of shoes until he was 14 years old! He never saw carpet until he was 17! He never even got an education! He came to San Diego when he was 17 years old, learned English and taught himself how to read and write. It is unbelievable how he has built his own successful business with such a disadvantage. It makes me proud as an American to have such a hard worker like him in our country taking advantage of the opportunities that most of us take for granted. Anything is possible if you work hard! Had fast response time with Esme the dispatcher. She was quickly able to set up appointment for us. The technicians Adam and Israel arrived within the timeframe they gave us and were very considerate and were able to explain our problem to the point we understood. I never thought we could get genuine service from a plumbing company. These guys know what they're doing compared to other companies we have used before. The price was surprisingly affordable considering all The work they did. I will use their services from Now on and will reccomend to everyone I know.

Great service for nearly 15 yrs. Jaime has been our plumber all this time. He has done so much work for us, and I think every single house in our cul-de-sac has had him work on their house, year after year. Yes, he can be hard to contact. He is a small business owner with a lot of clients. But he works ALL the time and it can be difficult to make everyone happy. I've heard stories of over charging, but honestly, he's always done right by us. Plumbing is expensive and a dirty job. Give him a try.
