Pathetic customer service and staff. Tried to do my flooring install through this store which was never completed and I got ripped off by them. Please be very very careful before hiring them for any of your home projects. Complete waste of money and time. Horrible staff right up from the manager to the flooring guy. Fpn services ( home depot flooring company) are not only rude but obnoxious.

LOTS OF TALK, NO ACTION! Find somewhere else to get your doors.I ordered doors from here June 14, did not get them installed until July 23, more than a month later. I understand that the instillation is sub contracted out but, Home Depot (HD) never had the courtesy to call me and tell me the doors were taking longer than expected. I called them many times, over 10, to ask where my doors were. HD said they did not know. I ended up calling corporate after getting fed up and the doors were in within 2 days. They were special ordered doors that were quoted to take only 10 business days to be ready for installation. If my math is correct June 14-July 23 is more than 10 days, in fact it is over 30 days. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!! If I can figure out how to put pictures on here I would love to show everyone the horrible, destruction/install job. When they installed the doors, they took the trim off and never minded to put it back on. They said the door would not close if the trim was put back on. I called to tell them the trim does not block the door from being closed. It took them 2 days for R&F installation to call me back and then told me it would be another 2 days for the repair man to call me. I figured since whatever they say i need to times it by 3. I did not wait and fixed it myself. ended up painting the doors as well because they were very low quality which I will take responsibility for since I did not see the doors beforehand.

I purchased flooring and installation from Home Depot for my house because they are a large company. I thought project would be small in comparison with this company would be used to so I expected very little errors. I was misquoted and it resulted in me having to purchase baseboards at an additional $250. Then when they delivered my flooring they were late. When they installed my flooring first time they found out that the product had bubbles in it and appeared warped. They made this observation after doing demolition throughout my entire house. They laid the floor and out of my living room so he would have at least that for my young child to play on for the three weeks I had to wait to have it reordered, redelivered, and installation rescheduled. When they came to pick up the defective material they were late picking up by over an hour. Then when it came time to have it reinstalled the contractor pulled up the flooring that was installed three weeks prior. It was laid in accurately with the moisture barrier untaped this resulted in mold growing underneath my floors on my concrete slab. When I decided to have a private contractor install my baseboards because I was very much over Home Depot I went back in for my refund. They had a " Computer glitch "where they could only give me a certain amount of my refund. They shorted me about $200 that it took a week and three trips into the Home Depot because calling them as a joke to get my money back. So all I have to say is buyer beware.
