I finally found an honest, trustworthy plumbing company. These guys are absolutely great. They've been to my house three times for separate issues and beat the heck out of the competition. Today was an emergency. The shower lever wouldn't turn the water off so the only way I knew to stop the water was to turn off the main water to the house. The ladies who answered and scheduled me were so nice and compassionate. Willie showed up in less than 30 minutes from my panicked call. Can you believe that! He was awesome! He didn't make me spend $500+ to replace the entire fixture, like so many others would have, he just replaced what was broke, the inner cartridge. Can you believe that! And he showed me how to shut the water off to just that shower should it happen again so my entire house isn't without water. He was professional, knowledgeable and corteous, as were the other two gentleman that came out previously for other jobs. I highly recommend this company. It's so comforting to know that should a plumbing issue occur, Tietze Plumbing has our back.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Tietze plumbing. Edward my service technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgable. He quickly fixed my water heater and left the area clean. And most importantly I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.

This was a serious emergency call. I found a lot of water on garage floor this morning as I stepped into garage to go to work. Called my home insurance. Even though this company was booked for the day, because of criticality of us being without water, as we turned off incoming water supply, Edward was dispatched. Leak was identified within the wall, Edward cut out the portion of copper pipe where a hole had sprung, and completed the repairs in a very. Efficient manner. I would highly recommend the company and use them again if we need to.. My first experience with them!
