Charged for unnecessary call because didn’t have the gas value was told was needed. The estimate to fix the problem was much higher than a competitor, so ended up canceling work. There was some confusion with the billing, but Denise at the office worked everything out over the phone.

Never buy a gas water heater from A.O. Smith. Will not stand behind warranty. Give you the run around when you call and will not let you talk to supervisor. Larry
