I own a house in Park City Utah and set an appointment to have my annual inspection for my sprinkler system. The appointment was for 10 am Tuesday and they called at 12 pm Tuesday and changed to afternoon. Another call was received in the PM Tuesday and the inspection was again rescheduled for 10 am on Thursday. I heard nothing from them Thursday morning so I called about 12 pm. They said they would get back to me with information about my appointment. I heard nothing from them Friday. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.
A-1 Fire Sprinklers check and service our fire extinguishers annually. They have been long time clients of ours. They keep a record of the service dates and will call in advance of the annual check to set up a good appointment time. The technician took the time to explain the tag system and proper use of the extinguisher.
