Just don't do it. If I could give 0 stars I would. This business owner can't keep an appointment. Just a complete no show. When you reach out to him to inquire about your appointment, he becomes indignant and defensive. It seems Scott simply can't keep up with demand. Requests for recommended repairs have taken in excess of 2 months due to poor scheduling, their lack of communication and their complete disorganization. The $100.00 I saved by using Scott with Got Leak's wasn't worth the hassle of working with him. I would have much rather paid a higher price to a competent company.

Scott's team did an amazing job. They fixed everything as per the estimate that was given in advance. They did it when promised and it looks better than before they arrived. They were friendly and their attention to detail is fantastic. I can't recommend them enough.

I contacted "Got Leaks" to identify leaks...the following week they performed a leak checked on the complete pool system, informing us we did have leaks: on both skimmers and also at the pool wall return. The following week "Got Leaks" crew re-grouted both skimmers and drained 80% of the pool to make repairs on wall drains...regrettable once the pool was put back in service we still experienced the same level drop and the same standing water behind the pool... Contacted "Got Leaks", informing them after draining the pool and performing the repairs they recommended our pool was still leaking at the same rate, same amount. To date 06/27/2018 "Got Leaks" is scheduled to return in order to perform another test on the complete pool system free of charge to determine where the leak is actually occurring. I understand at times "murphy law" shows up... so at this time I have nothing negative to say about "Got Leaks"...they have responded as they should (do wish the timeline was days and not weeks)... how this is going to finish per "Got Leaks" requirements to us as a customer is yet to be determine. I will update once completed! Final root cause for pool leak was a cracked conduit behind pool light...unfortunately I paid for several repairs (patching drains and skimmers) before the actual leak was found.

I paid for a leak detection and repair that did not repair the leak. When I showed him the pool was still leaking he wanted another $250 to detect the leak?! This was TWO days after his crew left, the pool never stopped leaking!! $1150 rip off, this guy is shady and cannot be trusted.
