Lacking courtesy when scheduling/rescheduling appointments. No regards to customers time (giving outrageous window time-frames). Does not return phone calls when out in the field. Really disappointed in the customer experience. Would not recommend anyone I know or don't know to this company. Not to say the company is not good in other aspects but first impressions definitely matter.

My home warranty company sent them out to check out my water heater. He checked it out and since the pilot is "working properly" he told me that I needed an attic fan because it is really a hot summer. OK, the water heater has worked for over 13 years and the second water heater in my attic works fine for the past 8 years. So, he left. I put a temp sensor in the attic with hi/low function and dealt with the pilot light going off every day for a week and found that the MAX temp in my attic reached only 105F. Which is more than adequate to have a water heater function. I called the home warranty company again and the same guy came out and he did not check anything and just said that I needed an attic fan. I tried reasoning with him as to why would a water heater work for 13 years then stop this summer and when my attic does not go over 105F. He got upset and walked out. I do not recommend this company.

Go check yelp for accurate home warranty reviews. Was shocked when they spent max 4 minutes in our house and deemed a totally random toilet crack as “uncovered”. As if we somehow took a hammer to our toilet so we could wake up to a flooded bathroom? What a scam. Wish I would have read the yelp reviews before letting ahs send out a crook.

We scheduled through our home warranty company. We wanted to get our water heater serviced. Lindsay Company called to schedule our visit promptly...within a few hours. We scheduled for the next day (they even had availability that day). Came out on time and found the issue with our water heater promptly...a cracked something. He went to the truck, got the part, completed the job. We aren't going to replace at the immediate moment (fingers crossed) but when we do we will utilize this company. Professional and straight to the point like I like it.
