Both the plumber who came out and gave the estimate and the plumber who came out the following week and did the job were both professional and personable. There were no unpleasant surprises and all went as planned. I am pleased with the work done. Also, after the appointment was already set, I received an email from them with a 5% off offer which they happily applied to my current visit that day. Thanks. Great job.

I had a great experience using Joe the Plumber. Mike H was my technician. I called on a Saturday and Mike was able to get to my house within about an hour of initially calling, he quickly solved my issue and charged a fair price. I really appreciate the great service!

Have used them before and been pleased. This last time I felt the pricing was way too high. Had to pay for products I didn't want as part of a package or "recommend " deal. I sure won't use them again without getting a second bid.

Amazing service and professionalism!! Matt came out on a Sunday and did not leave until not only we but he was satisfied with his work. Fixed our leak that five other companies including city water company could not even find!!! We have our plumbing service from here on out!!!! Great job!

I was very pleased with my first experience with Joe the Plumber. I called this morning and they had a technician out within 30 minutes. Chris replaced our garden tub faucet and was pleasant, knowledgeable and did excellent work. He cleaned up diligently after completing the job. I'll definitely call Joe the Plumber for my future plumbing needs.
