American Leak Detection of San Antonio is amazing! A damp spot randomly appeared on my garage wall during a home inspection causing some concern for myself and the person who made an offer on my home. THe home inspector worried it might be a drain line leak, so I reached out to American Leak Detection of SA per my insurance company's recommendation. American Leak Detection sent Sonny, one of their techs/plumbers, to figure out what exactly was going on. Sonny quickly located the problem and it turned out that a drain line joint decided to fail the day of the home inspection.The ALDofSA team sent me an estimate for repairs and scheduled them ASAP. Sonny, Xavier, and John did a fantastic job repairing the leak, educating me on what they found and the repairs they made, so I could articulate them to my buyer and realtor. Their willingness to teach a customer about what they do and their rapid response allowed my home sale to move forward without major concern over the plumbing leak. I truly appreciate the high level of service provided by the Leak Detection team and highly recommend them to anyone who is worried about signs of a plumbing leak. They are wonderful and will take excellent care of you!
