Have a plumbing situation brought on by Home Depot and the less than gifted people they hire to install new appliances. Started googling Boerne Plumbers. Hill Country Plumbing came up. I called their number and received a msg "We're sorry - blocked calls cannot be accepted". No comprendo .

I called HCP last summer to come out and replace my water pressure regulator that had gone bad. Not only were they on time, courteous and professional but the plumber, Kevin, and his helper also replaced my corroded water shut off valve at very little additional cost. They worked very quickly and had my water turned back on in only 30 minutes. I learned from neighbors who had the same work performed by other plumbing companies that they had paid almost twice for a WPR replacement than what Hill Country Plumbing charged me. I will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing problems.

Great company, I highly recommend Hill Country Plumbing! Leaking kitchen faucet was quickly repaired, Zach Cook was friendly and professional. I will definitely call them for any future repairs!

They are great people! Who knew plumbers could have such a sense of humor? It's a family owned business with decades of experience, & it shows in their work.

Had work done on a water heater. At the drain valve, a nipple (black pipe-designed for use on gas lines) was used instead of brass. The T was galvanized pipe. The shut off valve was installed improperly making it impossible to shut water off-the handle was hitting the floor. Two years later there was a small leak and plenty of rust. HCP was not particularly interested in checking it out. The water heater was replaced by another plumbing outfit. The nipple going into the water heater was not tightened and was easily moved by hand. The black nipple was rusted; 1/2 of tip was lost to corrosion.
