Ryan arrived in the schedule time frame and went right to work. He gave me an estimate within a short period of time. I hired him to complete the project and he did an excellent job. He was very through with the explanation of what I need to look out for and was very helpful with information on other jobs they could perform. Will definitely hire this company again.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. Very professional. They came this morning for a free quote. I agreed to the price quoted, which I think was fair. Ryan did an amazing job installing my new sink and faucet. I highly recommend them!

Overall they did great job. However, the estimated time communicated to us, took a lot longer than they said it would be. Also, they showed up 2 hours later than they said they would be here - we did not get any phone calls that communicated the delay. That aside, I would recommend them, as they did a good job.

I called Caliente on a Saturday afternoon; they had a tech come out the next morning to address my concerns with my water heater. Their tech named James was very knowledgeable and efficient. His demeanor was refreshing, no pushy sales, or scare tactics, just honest down to earth good service. Caliente was well worth the call, there service, prices and warranties are much better than many of the big-name competitors. I’m completely satisfied, and I have peace of mind, give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
