Malachi Ray review about company Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I Called Ben Franklin Plumbing and explained I shut off the water to the house and yet the meter is still running, so I must have a leak between the house and water. So they sent a plumber out. He then proceeds to tell me there is nothing they can do because they can not detect leaks, and that I need to pay a $79 service charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor because if there is nothing they can do for leaks he should have never been sent, or I should have never been charged. I then spoke to the supervisor who did not help in any way. So sure they made away with $79 of mine for providing no service, but they will lose thousands in losing my business and my friends, families, tenants, and Realtors' business.
