Edward Blake, Jr. review about company Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
I called you last week to see about my, leaking water supply line to my refrigerator. I told the operator that I had a leak in the small plastic water supply line that supplies water for the ice maker and cold water, She assured that the truck was fully supplied for any need! When your technician called,I told him the same bit, I have a leak in the water supply line. When he arrived I showed him exactly where the leak was located. He went to his truck and returned to say that he didn’t have the required line. He told me he would have to go to supply house for the part.He had me to sign that I would pay the service call fee and the supply run cost. He goes to the truck only to return to tell me his supervisor said that they don’t repair my type of refrigerator. But he did take off the supply run cost. My question to you is why didn’t either of your employees tell me that you didn’t work on my type of refrigerator during either of the calls. Instead I have a $70.00 service fee for a call which didn’t repair my refrigerator. I went to a plumbing supply house a returned with a $1.48 part that I cut out the hole in the line and installed the part in 5 minutes. I guess I learned a great lesson, that I will gladly share with anyone who asks, do you know anything about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing? Have a nice day!
