Andres (Andy) Tellez gave outstanding service to us on Wednesday June 26, 2019. His professionalism, courtesy, and competence makes him one of the best I've seen in 40 years. We requested maintenance on a weak flush in one toilet. He arrived on time, presented himself with a calm, good spirit, diagnosed the problem, and recommended toilet replacement to the management company rather than fixing and returning in three months to fix again. He explained his decision. He returned and replaced the toilet within an hour or so. Andres is a credit to Bayshore Plumbers and any organization with which he is associated.
