Malvina Goldfeld review about company Bayshore Plumbers

I was extremely disappointed with this service. We had an issue with our Noritz tankless heater and there was no hot water in the house. We called Bayshore and they promptly sent a plumber. He arrived, took a sneak peak at the heater, and said that a diagnostic would cost $350 before he does any work at all. This sounded like an unrealistic amount, was not communicated on the phone when booking the service and delivered in a pretty rude way. After the plumber left (we of course didn't end up using the service) I was able to diagnose the issue myself with Noritz on the phone in 15 minutes. I then got another plumbing service to perform full maintenance on the heater and replace the mixing valve (which was leaking) for $350 total - without anything paid for a diagnostic.
