The BEST investment we ever made! We purchased 2 Willis 24,000 BTU Heat Pumps and couldn't be happier with their performance. Our house is WARMER than it's ever been, our electricity bills are DOWN, we SAVED $500 in house insurance when we removed our oil tank and furnace AND we'll NEVER have to lug in another cord of wood into our house for the rest of our lives! EASY to CLEAN - takes 5 minutes ONCE A MONTH. And to top it all off, EXCELLENT, HONEST SERVICE from staff who remember your name and want to DO YOU RIGHT. We've been back to the store several times just to say how happy we are and I can assure you we don't do that very often. What we really like is that the HEAT TRAVELS through the house, so the back rooms that were always freezing are actually WARM. I love walking down the stairs now. It's actually warm in our basement! I can't say enough good things about our heat pumps except WE SHOULD HAVE DONE IT YEARS AGO!
