Robert Miller review about company The Plumbing & Heating Shop

We have been a customer of The Plumbing and Heating Shop for a few years now and i have to say the service there is second to none. About a year ago we had an issue with dirty power because of a tree on the power lines which ruined our board on our Heat Pump. One call to the shop, they located a new board and we were up and running in no time. The day they were scheduled to come we had a major snow storm. I didn't expect anyone to drive in that but the technician showed up, installed the new board and was on his way. Very friendly and professional lad whom answered any questions we had. A couple of weeks ago our Board went again.(Yes, Another tree on the lines) After talking to Jacques he decided to replace the whole system because he didn't want to take any chances on internal damage that may have happened. They didn't have to replace the whole system but they went above and beyond anything I expected. They offer a warranty for purchase and i recommend you take advantage of it.
