Amazing experience, I commented on a deal on the page . Said I’d come down in person and talk. Went over the numbers, prices , heating cost , savings ect, the full layout , best placement everything. It was very high end service, went over to the financial department, that went smoothly, everything checked out and I got a great payment plan and extended warranty. They also set up my electric services I needed for the hookup that was only $690 tax in. They told be ahead of time and factored into the total price. Very pleased, set dates for installation, called a day before to confirm, unfortunately the units I got was damaged on shipping so , on a very well bonus , my two 12000btu units was upgraded to two 24000 units no extra cost. Now that is loyalty! And respect to an amazing keeping the highest standards on service. Had units installed, right where I wanted, professional and well done. They look out standing! I cant help but say I definitely made the right choice with using this company because it was way beyond you average experience. Thank you so much , my house is now fully warm
