In response to JR's review, I'd like to share that there was a Quote, which was emailed, viewed, and accepted prior to the work being started. From Cameron's background information, the quoted time, which was 5 hours, also was to include time off site to load, travel to site, and return from site. The tech's total time accrued to that particular job was actually 5 hours and 30 minutes. I'd like to add that a quote is a contracted price to be paid regardless of changes that may occur. That being said, despite the overage of labor on our end, we did not and could not bill more.
