Richard Flaman review about company Bronco Plumbing Ltd

I had to have warranty work (both parts and labour) done on my water heater supplied and installed by Bronco. The owner wouldn't carry forward the claim with the manufacturer and later the owner wouldn't return my phone calls. I had to deal with manufacturer directly who agreed to furnish a new water heater but, wouldn't pay for the installation. After significant communications with Bronco they eventually agreed to install the new water heater. I did however have to pay the gas permit fee. Employees of this company are courteous and professional, however the owner must review his policy on warranty work. He did not take ownership of the problem and left it up to me to carry the issue forward. I wouldn't recommend this company.
